We would like to thank Kev & Emma who we had the pleasure of meeting before we came out lovely people! Thanks for a great holiday "defo coming back" the lake, accommodation and land are beautiful, fishing was great we both beat our PB's, great looking fish all caught between 9-3pm
The Brown's July 2010
What can we say apart from "Absolutely fantastic holiday" Emma & Kev haven't over looked anything, stunning lake, brilliant accommodation and pristine looking, hard fighting fish, fished from island to several areas had success from all areas with varied baits (lake boilies maple & scopex) in particular worked well, plastic corn both fished over pigeon conditioner and with small bags, small amount of freebies. Mirrors from 16lb to 35lb and common's from 23lb to 35lb, Can't wait to come back next year
The Brooke's July 2010
Excellent week had by all, weather just hotter all week, measured 37 degrees some days, set up bivvy on island first but moved to bottom of lake later in the week, managed to catch 1 carp while stalking in reeds also various mirrors/commons from 14lb to 41lb
The Gould's June 2010
We had a fantastic time hear with fish to 38lb and a number of sturgeon to 35lb. Emma, Kev and Leon offer great service and we'll be sure to return in the near future
The Turner's May 2010
What a fantastic weeks fishing, best we have had here as been 3 times now, fish were feeding really well off boilies over pigeon conditioner, 15 x mirror's from 16lb to 37lb, 1 x common 33lb and 4 x sturgeon from 21lb to 34lb, looking forward to coming back in August for 2 weeks
The Greenfield's – 2009
A very wet start to the week! But the carp kept coming, falling for plastic corn and when they came they hung on right to the end a proper fight from the fat mirrors and strong commons.
The facilities are excellent and probably saved our lives when the monsoon conditions set in. We also had the pleasure of meeting Emma & Kevin two wonderful friendly people, look after there lake and there look after you.
In total over 700lb's of fish, 27 carp, sturgeon (the same one caught 3 times) and a few tench.

The Pearsons's 2009
Great week, lovely surroundings and accommodation, despite the rain. Mirrors & commons to 33lb, 31 carp in total weighing 818lb and the sturgeon of 22lb, who we have now affectionately named the “Mad Monk” who came out three times in as many days. This does not include the fish bumped.
All fish succomb to plastic corn (plastic fantastic)

The Turner's 2009
Had a fantastic week, accommodation was brilliant superb fishing, caught lots of nice fish and lost a few big ones. 11 commons and mirror carp ranging from 13lb to 38lb, 20lnb sturgeon (mad monk) came out 3 times, twice in 1hour, this sturgeon loves to be caught, also caught another sturgeon 24lb. Not a bad week for 1 angler on lake, see you again in August 09. Thanks for a brilliant holiday. Looking forward to our holiday's in 2010 as well.
The Dyton's 2009
Many thanks for a wonderful time here at your beautiful lodge, it is superbly equipped with everything one could need. Both of us really enjoyed our stay apart from the weather that at times could not make up its mind. However good catches of fish and some of the best fish that i've angled for in years.
Total catch resulted in approximately 310lbs over 2 rods not bad, best results a P.B.of 34lb 6oz caught off the top.
The Hust's 2009
Had a great week, mixed weather, accommodation was good, fishing was even better! 2 doubles, 7 twenties upto 28lb4oz, 8 thirties including a 35lb mirror and a 37lb2oz common. Also 7 sturgeon to 21lb. Most fish came to plastic corn over boilies.
Would really recommend to others, a lovely place ! Thanks very much for a great holiday
Mr & Mrs Stunt – 2008
Our stay here was very enjoyable and mobile home superbly equipped, fishing was excellent with some great mirror carp, biggest 2 weighing 36lbs and 32lbs also the fish were in superb condition.
For those that are interested, first thing in the morning should give spinning a go there are also some great pike in this lake.
The Gilvray's – 2008
The lake and it's surroundings are stunning. The fishing was excellent with many personal bests being caught, my 13 yr old son Luke catching 31lb and 32.5lb. Roger had 2 upper twenties on the bank in his first hour's fishing.
We also managed to bank 2 x 22lb sturgeon (both on the Scopex boilies available on site). Luke had 2 runs at once and had the sturgeon and a 28lb mirror at the same time.
