Terms & Conditions of bookings

1. A non refundable deposit of £250 is payable when making a booking
2. Balance is due 8 weeks before your date of arrival
3. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday, then full payment is required
4. security/damages deposit of £150 is required and the balance will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your return
5. Pets are not allowed
6. Strictly no smoking allowed in accommodation
7. No outdoor/muddy boots to be worn inside the mobile home, please use storage area adjacent entrance
8. Breakages/damages must be paid for
9. We advise that you purchase travel insurance and Etang Saint Pierremont do not accept liability
